We currently provide delivery within Lebanon.
Inside Beirut: Delivery within 1 business day.
Outside Beirut: Delivery within 2–3 business days.
Delivery Fee: $4 flat rate.
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

6. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for an exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Items must include original packaging and tags.
Items must not show any signs of washing, damage, or alteration.
For hygiene reasons, certain underwear and intimate items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. Delivery fees related to exchanges may apply.
